Shipping Instructions

All orders from Zafro will be shipped from the contiguous U.S. Our shipment is only to whole US except Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. We don't ship to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

*Please note that there is a high probability that your delivery will be delayed during national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping and customs delays, extreme weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. Order Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, not holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, we recommend contacting our customer service team at aftersale@zafroshop.com to guarantee a ship date.

Shipping Providers and Types

We work with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and FdsExpress to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. We offer the following type of transportation:

Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (Free Shipping)

Ensure the delivery time calculation formula (“Ship Date + Shipping Time = Delivery Date”)

Order Verification

While processing your order, we may contact you to verify your details. If you cannot be reached, your order may be delayed. To avoid this, please double-check your information at checkout.

Changing the Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at aftersale@zafroshop.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order is shipped.

Sales Tax

All products we offer do not include the tax fee. Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations. So the final price you pay includes the product price plus applicable sales tax.

Checking Your Order After It Has Been Delivered

If your order is correct and intact, sign for the package. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at aftersale@zafroshop.com. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue.
